How do I create a gym?+

After signing up, you'll see an option to create a new gym. Enter your gym's name, location, and description. You'll receive an invite code that you can share with members.

Can I join multiple gyms?+

Absolutely! Train at multiple gyms? We got you. You can be a member of multiple gyms and switch between them from your profile. Your videos and data stay organized by gym.

Are my training videos private?+

Yes! All videos are private by default and only visible to your gym. You can control who sees each video through privacy settings: only you, your gym, specific channels, or individual members.

How do I record a training session?+

Tap the record button on the home screen or training tab. You can record directly in the app using your phone's camera. Add tags, descriptions, and technique information after recording.

Can I delete my videos?+

Yes, you can delete any video you've uploaded at any time. Gym admins can also delete videos within their gym if they violate gym policies.

How do class RSVPs work?+

Browse upcoming classes in the schedule tab and tap "Sign Up" to RSVP. You'll receive a notification before the class starts. If a class is full, you'll be added to a waitlist.

What's the difference between channels and direct messages?+

Channels are group conversations visible to specific gym members (e.g., competition-team channel). Direct messages are private 1-on-1 conversations.

How do I become a gym admin?+

Gym owners can promote members to admin status from the gym management page. Admins can manage members, create schedules, and moderate content.

Is GrappleVision free?+

Yes, GrappleVision is currently free to use with all features unlocked.

What video formats are supported?+

The app records in MP4 format and supports most common video formats for upload. Videos are automatically compressed for optimal storage and playback.

How do I delete my account?+

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data, including videos and messages.

Can I export my training videos?+

Yes, you can download any video you've uploaded from the video detail screen. Tap the share icon and select "Save to Photos."
