Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Grapplevision ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Grapplevision is a private, gym-centric mobile application designed for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioners to:

• Record and store training videos
• Connect with gym members through messaging
• Schedule and RSVP to classes
• Track training progress and techniques
• Share training content within their gym

Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Grapplevision. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

User Conduct

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GrappleVision only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Share videos of others without their consent
• Post hateful, harassing, or abusive content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, collect, or harvest user data
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

Training Video Guidelines

When recording and uploading training videos:

• Obtain consent from all individuals appearing in videos
• Respect gym rules regarding video recording
• Do not record minors without parental consent
• Respect the privacy settings you've chosen

Content Ownership & Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload to GrappleVision. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and host your content on our servers
• Display your content to users you've shared it with
• Process and encode videos for optimal playback
• Create thumbnails and previews

This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Our Content

The GrappleVision app, including its design, code, logos, and features, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without our permission.

Gym Administration

Gym Owner Rights

Gym owners and administrators have the right to:

• Manage gym members and roles
• Create and manage class schedules
• Create and moderate channels
• Remove members who violate gym policies
• Delete inappropriate content within their gym

Member Responsibilities

As a gym member, you agree to follow your gym's policies and respect the decisions of gym administrators.

Privacy & Data

Your use of GrappleVision is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Payments & Subscriptions

GrappleVision is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future:

• We will provide clear pricing information
• Payments will be processed through the Apple App Store
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time
• Refunds will be handled according to Apple's policies

Disclaimers & Limitations

No Warranties

GrappleVision is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be:

• Always available or uninterrupted
• Free from errors or bugs
• Secure from unauthorized access
• Compatible with all devices

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrappleVision and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, videos, or profits.

Injury Disclaimer

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts training involve physical contact and risk of injury. GrappleVision is a video recording and social tool only. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained during training.

Account Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your videos and personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Attempt to compromise the security of the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue GrappleVision (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of GrappleVision after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
